At Maa Horticulture Nursery, we take pride in providing healthy plants and quality gardening products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund and Returns Policy below.
1. Returns Policy
1.1 Live Plants
- Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns once a plant has been delivered.
- If a plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant and packaging.
- Replacement or refund will be provided at our discretion after reviewing the claim.
1.2 Non-Plant Items (Pots, Soil, Fertilizers, Accessories, etc.)
- Non-plant items may be eligible for return within 7 days of purchase.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Eligibility
- Refunds will be processed only for:
- Orders canceled before dispatch.
- Plants that arrived damaged and were reported within 24 hours.
- Non-plant items returned in original condition within 7 days.
2.2 Refund Process
- Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
3. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
4. Exchange Policy
- We do not offer direct exchanges on live plants.
- For non-plant items, exchanges may be provided if the product is defective or incorrect.
